It’s official—we’ve released a new version of eCC Cloud! Effective on June 1, updates to eCC Cloud make the software a more powerful tool by giving merchants more relevant information and providing better business insights for optimizing operations and increasing revenue, while at the same time making it easier to use.
The key change in eCC Cloud is the new company-wide view, which allows business owners to see the big picture perspective of all their sales channels at once. This consolidated view provides a more holistic understanding of all revenue streams, bringing context and insight into the financial health of businesses, and paves the way for new features and integrations on the horizon.
Additional changes to eCC Cloud include a streamlined lefthand navigation and a broadened nomenclature—from “orders” to “sales”—to accommodate varied revenue streams and exciting future developments. eCC Cloud was also updated to organize Amazon and eBay fees in a more understandable format and allow business owners to sync multiple reporting periods from a high-level view. The upgrades to eCC Cloud make it even easier for merchants to quickly review transactions and sync them with accounting software.
