The Dashboard provides a summary of Orders in eCC.
 
 
The Dashboard provides the following information:
 
Received : Shows the number of orders received from the online store.
     
Payment Completed : Shows the number of orders for which payment processing is completed.
     
Shipped : Shows the number of orders for which shipment processing is completed.
     
Posted to QuickBooks® : Shows the number of orders that have been posted to QuickBooks®.
     
Orders with Errors : Shows the number of orders with errors.
     
Orders remaining to be downloaded : Shows the number of Orders remaining to be downloaded. This is updated every time eCC connects to your Online Store.
     
Last Order # : Shows the Order number of the last downloaded order.
     
Last Order Date : Shows the Date of the last downloaded order.
     
Last download Date

Shows the last Date when eCC downloaded online orders.

     
Last download Time : Shows the time when eCC last downloaded online orders.
     
Auto download orders: use this option to automatically download orders periodically. Select a time interval and then click on Go button to download orders. Click on Stop to stop auto download.
 
Use the "Get Orders" button to connect to your online store and download any new orders. eCC saves the time and date of the last retrieved order to ensure that duplicate orders are not downloaded.
Note: eCC will not download any failed orders.
