eCC - License Recovery Process

1. If you run eCC and encounter a licensing problem (as shown below), follow the instructions on this screen to reset and recover your license:
   
2. Click on Yes.
3. You will now see the “Authorization Request Code” screen:
   
4. Select the "Recover License" option in the drop down menu and click on Generate Code.
5. The "Request Code" box will show your recovery code.
6. Click on "Send Authorization". This will open a new internet browser window with a form that you can use to submit the request to Webgility Support team.
   
7. Once we receive your request, we will email your activation code for License Recovery.
8. Once you receive your activation code, click on the "Enter Activation Code" button in the Authorization request window. Click Submit. This will reset your license.
