Q1. What is eCC Mobile?
eCC Mobile is an iPhone/iPad app that enables you to manage key information about your online store on the go.
Q2. How much does it cost?
eCC Mobile is free for Webgility customers using eCC, the desktop app.
Q3. Is there a demo?
Yes, eCC Mobiles includes an interactive demo-store so you can have a first-hand experience of the app before connecting it to your own store. You can delete the demo store at any time.
Q4. How do I connect it to my store?
From eCC Mobile, click the Add Store button and enter your Webgility account creditials. You’ll need the eCC Store module for your shopping cart. To get the eCC Store module, log into your Webgility Customer Portal and follow these installation instructions.
Q5. I don't have a Webgility account, how do I get it?
You can get a Webgility account when you sign up for a free trial of eCC
Q6. My eCC trial has expired, can I continue to use eCC Mobile?
No. eCC Mobile is a free iPhone/iPad app exclusively for our customers using eCC.
Q7. Which online store platforms does eCC Mobile support?
Visit the compatibility page for a list of shopping carts that are compatible with eCC Mobile.
Q8. Is my data secure?
Yes. eCC Mobile connects securely to your online store using your store login credentials and pulls the data directly to your iPhone/iPad.
Q9. Does it support multiple stores?
eCC Mobile currently supports the Magento Shopping cart platform. You can add multiple Magento stores to eCC Mobile. Other store platform integrations coming soon.
