eCC Mobile is designed for the eCommerce merchants and managers. It's packed with robust features to help you manage your online store on the go.
Order Management
- View orders by days, year or date range
- View order details, including customer, shipping method, items ordered and payment information
- Select the order number and date start pulling orders to eCC Mobile
- View the latest orders at the top of the screen
- Click the Refresh button or shake your iPhone to refresh the Orders screens
- Download data in batches of 25, 50 or 100
- Update order status directly from your iPhone (not available for eCC Mobile Lite)
- Add order notes from your iPhone (not available for eCC Mobile Lite)
- Receive push notification of new orders (not available for eCC Mobile Lite)
- View your product catalog
- View catalog by SKU or name
- View product details, including image, description, price, cost, quantity, and weight
- Click the Refresh button or shake your iPhone to refresh the Products screen
- Update product price, cost, quantity and weight from your iPhone (not available for eCC Mobile Lite)
- Upload images of products from your iPhone or choose a one from your photo library (not available for eCC Mobile Lite)
- Click the Sync button to synchronize the price and quantity between eCC Mobile and your online store (not available for eCC Mobile Lite)
- Get alerts for products that are out-of-stock on the Dashboard screen
Customer Management
- Select how you want customers to display in eCC Mobile
- View your customer list similar to how you manage your iPhone contacts
- View customers details, including phone number, email, address, and orders
- Click the Refresh button or shake the iPhone to refresh the Customers screens
Track Sales Performance in DashBoard
- Monitor your sales, orders, customers and products by days, months, year and date range
- View your sales revenue in a bar graph or line graph
- View pending orders
- Click Refresh button or shake your iPhone to refresh the Dashboard
- Add more online stores to eCC Mobile (see the online shopping carts that eCC Mobile supports)
