Installing the Pinnacle Cart module

  1. First, download and extract the zip file with folder titled “webgility”.
  2. Ensure that the Webgility folder has the following files:

     
  3. Use FTP software to upload the Webgility folder to your Pinnacle Cart.
  4. The folder must be uploaded to the “/content/admin/plugins” sub-folder
  5. In order for the eCC module to connect to your database and download the required orders, you must set the Webgility folder permissions to have the right permissions.
    You can do this from the command line or using your FTP software:

     
  6. Setting permission to file(s)

  7. Click OK to save the changes.

    For Linux Users: If your online store is hosted on a linux server, use the following commands at the command line under the plugins folder(you must have permissions to run this command):
    • chmod 755 webgility -R
  8. Now, go to your Pinnacle Cart administrative area to configure the plugin Go to Marketing > Cart Plug-ins
  9. Click Data Export
  10. Here you will find the eCC Plugin:
  11. Select the “eCC plugin by Webgility” to go to the following settings screen.

     
  12. Select “yes” to enable eCC

Online Store Module URL

Your online store module URL is: http://www.mycart.com/content/admin/plugins/webgility/eCCpinnacleservice.php (change the domain name to match your site)

Test your Online Store Module

To ensure that your hosting provider and online store meet the requirements for eCC to connect properly, we’ve created a test file. Visit this URL and enter your admin login and password: www.mycart.com/content/admin/plugins/webgility/eCCtest.php. The test file will provide details on your configuration and flag any requirements that are not met. Please contact your hosting provider if any system requirements are not met.
