eCC has 2 installation components:
1) eCC Desktop software: For help with installing the desktop software, review the QuickStart guide provided to you with the eCC installation folder.
IMPORTANT NOTE : For Version 2.5 and higher, the default username and password for eCC is "admin" and "admin". You can change your password after logging in.
