Q: How is comission paid?
A: For every customer who purchases eCC Desktop or eCC Cloud through your marketing channels (i.e., tracked marketing materials, coupon codes, etc.), you will receive a commission. The customer must be a new Webgility customer and must keep their subscription active for at least 90 days in order to qualify for affiliate commissions.
Commissions are paid out quarterly via check or PayPal, within 30 days after the close of the quarter.

A: Webgility offers free 15-day trials of eCC Desktop and eCC Cloud. Simply sign up for a free trial and set up a profile of your client's online store.
Free eCC Desktop and eCC Cloud accounts are available to affiliates upon request. These accounts do not have order or store limits. Affiliates may also request access to our online store demo accounts. Please contact the Affiliate Manager for more details.
Q: How can I learn more about Webgility software?
A: Webgility provides comprehensive video demos and help documents, interactive discussions on the community forum, and professional training services.
Q: Can I offer support for Webgility products to my clients as an additional service for my business?
A: You are welcome to provide support to your clients, but we recommend purchasing our Implementation Services first so our Customer Success Squad can provide comprehensive training to you first. Once you are familiar with the software setup process, you can easily upsell these services to your clients.
Q: Do my customers get any discounts?
A: Yes, when they purchase eCC Desktop or eCC Cloud using your coupon code, they receive $100 off up-front Implementation Fees. This discount is only applicable to Implementation Services purchased when the customer signs up.
Q: How do coupon codes work?
A: The Affiliate Manager will email you a custom coupon code that you can give out to your referrals. When a referral purchases eCC Desktop or eCC Cloud, they will click "Got a coupon code?" and enter your coupon code in the box, and a $100 discount on Implementation Services will be applied..
