Pricing & Billing FAQs
- Are there any up front license fees?
No. As an existing eCC customer you get eCC v3 for no up front fees. Simply pay the recurring subscription fee which includes support and upgrades.
- Are there any contracts?
Absolutely not! There are no contracts and you can cancel your account at any time.
- What happens to my old license for eCC?
You've already paid for the old version so you can keep it as long as you like. You can run eCC v3 in parallel with eCC v2.
- What happens if I want to cancel?
If you are unhappy with eCC for any reason, you can cancel any time. We'll stop all future payments and close your account. You can keep your eCC v2 license and continue using it as long as you like.
- Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use a PCI compliant payment processor and do not save your credit card information.
- What type of support is included?
We offer email, chat and phone support depending on the plan you select. Support is primarily for troubleshooting errors and/or helping to solve any integration issues you may encounter. You can also purchase professional installation, setup and training packages if you need help with setup or using eCC.
- What happens to my add-on stores and users from eCC v2?
All your existing stores and add-ons get migrated to eCC v3 for the standard price. You only pay for additional add-ons you wish to purchase.
- If I have the Startup plan and want to process more than 50 orders in a month?
Simply upgrade to another plan and your transaction limit will be removed.
