How do I get billed?
Your credit card will be charged automatically 30 days from your signup date and the bill will be adjusted based on your usage automatically.
Are there any contracts?
Absolutely not! There are no contracts and you can cancel your account at any time.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
Your billing is automatically adjusted at the end of the billing cycle so you can use Shiplark without any outages.
What is the maximum number of orders I can process with Shiplark?
With Shiplark, you can process up to 3,000 orders per month. If your business has higher volume requirements, please contact our sales team at 877-753-5373 xtn 1 for more details.
What happens if I want to cancel?
If you are unhappy with Shiplark for any reason, you can cancel any time. A final payment for any unbilled period will be charged and all future payments will be stopped.
What type of support is included?
We offer email and chat during business hours for troubleshooting errors and/or helping to solve any integration issues you may encounter.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use a PCI compliant payment processor and do not save your credit card information.
