Let us take care of everything

Our Customer Success Advisors are experts on Webgility products and eCommerce! You can purchase sessions with them to help you get your Webgility software set up and learn how to use it. We have several different packages for eCC, Shiplark, and eCC Cloud. Once you purchase one of our Professional Services, we will contact you within one business day to schedule the session. Each session takes at least one hour. We look forward to working with you!

Installation

Want to simplify and automate your eCommerce but not sure how to start? Let us take care of your installation!

We give you the peace of mind that all your business systems are securely communicating with each other. We will make sure that our software is installed properly and it connects successfully to your online store as well as QuickBooks and/or your shipping providers. Depending on your Webgility product and shopping cart, this may include installation of the store module on your online store and/or installation of the Webgility software on your computer or network. Once the installation is complete, you will be ready to start processing orders!

Setup

Is your software installed but you’re not sure how to navigate setup? Let us help you!

We work with you to configure the software correctly for your business. We will make sure that our software interacts properly with your online store, as well as with QuickBooks and/or your shipping processors. Once the setup is complete, you can be confident that you are ready to simplify and automate your eCommerce business!

Training

Is your software installed and set up, but you want to make sure that you’re making the most of it? Sign up for a training session!

We make sure that you understand how to use the software on a day-to-day basis so you can save time and money! We will walk you through a few sample orders to make sure that you are comfortable with the basic functions - generating shipping labels, posting orders to QuickBooks, managing products, etc. We can answer any questions you have about how to use the software and make it work best for your business.

You may choose to include other staff members to make sure that everyone is properly trained. Additionally, we can customize the training session to your needs - if you have been a Webgility customer for a while but want to dive deeper or get training on the latest features, or just need a refresher, we will make sure that the session meets your needs!

QuickBooks ProAdvisor Consultation

Need QuickBooks-focused advice and training? Sign up for a ProAdvisor Consultation!

We work closely with a network of preferred QuickBooks ProAdvisors who are knowledgeable about QuickBooks, eCommerce, and Webgility products. In this one-hour session, a ProAdvisor will advise you on the best way to use QuickBooks and Webgility software to manage your eCommerce accounting. Whether you are new to QuickBooks or just want professional advice, the ProAdvisor can answer any questions that you have about managing your QuickBooks and eCommerce business.
