Onboarding Package

Get started with eCC Desktop


  • Installation & Setup
    Our Customer Success Squad will connect eCC Desktop to your online store(s) and accounting platform, and configure the store profile according to your business and accounting settings, including how transactions are recorded and mapping products and inventory between your online store and accounting software.
  • Additional Setup
    If you have the shipping add-on, we’ll connect eCC Desktop to your shipping processors to print shipping labels. We can also move eCC Desktop to another computer, and set up new store connections.
  • Training
    We’ll walk you through eCC Desktop for your day-to-day operations, including posting orders to your accounting software, syncing inventory, and processing orders. We also offer training for new staff and refresher training.
  • Duration
    Approx. 3 hours
    Available for QuickBooks Pro/Premier, QuickBooks Point of Sale, QuickBooks Enterprise, and NetSuite integration.

Accounting Consultation

Make the most of your e-commerce accounting


  • QuickBooks Consultation
    A Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor will advise you on the best way to use QuickBooks with eCC Desktop to manage your e-commerce accounting.
  • Duration
    2 hrs. Additional hours can be purchased if needed.
