Parag has a passion for technology and possesses over 12 years of hands-on experience in design, development and marketing of business software. He has led cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions for thousands of eCommerce companies. His expertise in eCommerce combined with business savvy is the driving force behind the growth of Webgility.
Parag started his entrepreneurial journey while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Arizona State University. As a partner at Gate6, he headed the technology team and helped the startup become one of the top 5 interactive agencies in Arizona. After Gate6, he joined Amazon.com as Product Management Lead and Evangelist for Amazon WebStore, where he launched the WebStore Developer program and managed some of the largest customer accounts, which generated millions in revenue for Amazon.
Parag believes that most business challenges can be solved by looking closely at data. He loves numbers and gets the same rush from creating spreadsheets as he does from finding the perfect hot sauce pairing for his lunch.
He is also an amateur photographer and self-proclaimed pro golfer though his pictures and scorecard seem to indicate the contrary.
Manoj Chhablani (Director of Operations)
Manoj loves to crunch numbers and has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Taxation and Corporate Law. Recognizing his passion for developing teams, Manoj took on a Director position at Gate6. He has launched multiple offshore technology centers, enabling Gate6 to become one of the most successful agencies in Arizona. As Director of Operations at Webgility, Manoj spearheads the day-to-day operations for the India team and oversees all aspects of finance, HR and administration.
Manoj holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. And when he's not creating Excel magic, he loves watching cricket and organizing movie nights for the team.
Prem Alvares (Director of Technology)

Prem loves to travel and takes every opportunity to work in different countries and locations. For over 15 years, he's combined his love of traveling and technology by working for global companies, developing software and providing technology consultation for a wide range of clients in the fields of finance, logistics, media, maritime and eCommerce. With a good grasp of Mandarin, Prem was CTO and Program Director at Novem Technologies in Shanghai, China, where he was responsible for the development and delivery support for Fortune 500 clients. Prem also worked as Senior Program Manager at E5 Systems Global, an outsourcing and consulting firm, where he grew delivery centers and managed teams across the U.S., India and China. Working at Webgility's Indore office has allowed him to return home to India. As Director of Technologies, Prem is responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of eCC products, as well as the backend technical operations of Webgility.
Prem received his Master's degree in Computer Applications from New Delhi, and MIE in electronics from the Institution of Engineers, and a DCA from Rank Institute, Bangalore, India. Inspired by the places that he's been to, Prem enjoys cooking local favorites and creating his own fusion versions. He's also an avid musician, singer and script writer, and dabbles with short movies. He might produce a short musical about his adventure one day.

Our Engineering & Development team is the engine of our company. Well-versed in the latest web-based, mobile and desktop software and the Agile programming methodology, they're constantly finding ways to support Webgility's operations and develop eCC and eCC Mobile to provide the leading eCommerce integration solutions for small and medium businesses.

They can also help you install and set up eCC so you can quickly get your online business up and running.
