Inventory management made easier
Automatic Inventory Sync: You can now automatically keep inventory synced in your accounting across sales channels. This feature can be scheduled to run hourly or nightly. Now managing your inventory will take even less effort.
Warehouse Inventory Tracking: QuickBooks Desktop users who fulfill orders from multiple warehouses can now track inventory by location. This is helpful for those who’d like to scale their business and stay sane at the same time.
Real-time Assembly Build: Unify can now post assembled products in QuickBooks Desktop as orders are received in real-time. This feature allows you to still make a sale even when quantity of an assembled product falls to or below 0.
Yup, you guessed it. Unify for Square is now a thing.
Finally, there’s a solution that automates and syncs all Square sales data, liberating SMBs from operational headaches and bookkeeping woes. This first-of-its-kind, easy-to-deploy software records and syncs all Square data reliably and automatically, and it’s brand new. In fact, just today we announced this new solution with Square to save small businesses time and money by automating their bookkeeping for them. This amazing solution empowers Square merchants to automate, schedule, and post all of their sales information directly into NetSuite or QuickBooks. With options to post either individual sales or daily summaries, these integrations—Unify for NetSuite and Unify for QuickBooks respectively—automatically record all expenses, revenue streams, and sales tax to easily reconcile accounts.@Webgility announces #Unify for @Square. #Sync sales with @NetSuite, @QuickBooks, or @Xero Click To Tweet
Like all versions of Unify, Unify for Square takes the mystery out of financials—letting merchants see and record fees in their NetSuite or QuickBooks account for each Square transaction from all locations. Now companies can easily track what they’ve charged in sales tax to be ready come filing time. In addition, merchants can, for the first time, fully reconcile e-commerce transactions in NetSuite or QuickBooks and see exactly what they’ve paid in marketplace fees and expenses, Square charges, and shipping costs.Continue reading →
SkuVault CEO Andy Eastes’ story started in middle school when he began selling things online out of his friends’ parents’ basements, garages, and attics. That eventually evolved into estate sales and then actual stores with actual vendors. Then he helped start an apparel and footwear e-commerce company in Louisville, Kentucky where he soon built his first inventory system. Shortly thereafter he put himself back in the e-commerce business by building the prototype of SkuVault, then called Epic, which he sold to two customers, one of which is still using it today. In December 2012, he launched the web-based system which is now known as SkuVault.Check out this partner profile and get to know Andy Eastes, #CEO of @SkuVault. #Unify Click To Tweet
