It's very easy to get the orders place. The orders in the boxes with a packing slip and off you go our website has experienced exponential growth without this automation in place from day one. It would be impossible to get to this point and have happy customers. I for one like to see an email of my order confirmed as soon as I place that order I cannot wait five seconds and this software has actually allowed us to in one case I fulfilled an order in under one minute that customer was shocked that she already had confirmation with a shipping label address etc in under a minute, all possible because we have such fast computers and great software. I would highly recommend anybody who's serious about running a web store to look into one of the fine shopping parts out there. More importantly tying it into your back-end operations at your store or wherever you run your business and the makers of ECC are extremely versatile they've been made the software so it works with all kinds of different shopping carts and ties in with all kinds of versions of QuickBooks, and QuickBooks upon sales so it's a very flexible platform that they have all the right pieces to to make it work for your particular installation. Great group of people and their customer support is excellent and the tech support from what I understand it's gonna be going 24/7.
