Pricing & Billing FAQs

  • Do you offer any discounts? We offer a discount for annual subscribers. Get 1 month free when you pay annually upfront.

    If you are a non-profit organization, we will waive the initial license fee. Please contact our Sales team for more information at (877) 753-5373 ext. 1 or sales@webgility.com
  • How do I get billed? We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay by credit card and we will charge it automatically based on your billing cycle.
  • Are there any contracts? Absolutely not! There are no contracts and you can change your billing plan at any time.
  • What happens if I go over my order limit? While there is a 100 order limit for the trial version, there is no limit on the number of orders you can process after you purchase a Basic, Plus, Complete or Multi-channel subscription plan. The Startup plan is limited to 50 orders.
  • What happens if I want to cancel? If you are unhappy with eCC for any reason, you can cancel any time. We'll stop all future payments and close your account.
  • What type of support is included? We offer email, chat and phone support depending on the plan you select. Startup plan does not include any support but you can upgrade to another plan at any time. Support is primarily for troubleshooting errors and/or helping to solve any integration issues you may encounter. You can also purchase professional installation, setup and training packages if you need help with setup or using eCC.
  • If I have the Startup plan and want to process more than 50 orders in a month? Simply upgrade to another plan and your transaction limit will be removed.
  • Is my data secure? Absolutely! We use a PCI compliant payment processor and do not save your credit card information.
