Customer Story

Thousands saved monthly. Real-time inventory. One-of-a-kind products that finally have one system of record.

Rareform repurposes freeway billboard vinyl into uniquely patterned bags and accessories, each one different from the last. They sell through 350+ retail stores and online channels. Co-founder Alec Avedissian was wasting thousands of dollars a month and hours of precious time on an inefficient manual accounting process. Webgility changed that.

The Challenge

Wasting thousands of dollars a month trying to get sales data into QuickBooks

Rareform's products are inherently unique: each bag is made from a different section of a billboard, so no two are alike. But behind that creative uniqueness was a financial management process that was far from unique in its dysfunction: manual, error-prone, and expensive.

Co-founder Alec Avedissian and his brother needed a system that could compile daily and monthly journal entries and track overall sales and processing fees from their sales channels. They tried many different apps to map sales data into Excel and then into QuickBooks, but none worked reliably.

The inefficiency had a real cost: thousands of dollars a month wasted on an inadequate process, plus the hours the founding team was spending on back-office work instead of building the brand. Inventory visibility was another casualty: without accurate real-time stock data, reordering decisions were guesswork.

Before Webgility Manual

The Solution

Webgility replaced every failed workaround and gave Rareform their time back

Webgility gave Alec exactly what every previous app had failed to deliver: a reliable, automated connection between Rareform's sales channels and QuickBooks. Journal entries, fee tracking, and sales reconciliation now happen automatically. The thousands of dollars being wasted monthly on inefficient workarounds were eliminated.

Beyond accounting, Webgility solved a critical inventory problem.
