The recognition, in categories like Multichannel Retail Software Leader, High Performer, and Best Usability, was a huge honor, not to mention proof that we walk the walk as well as talk the talk. G2’s proprietary rating method aggregates reviews from its own user community, plus data from other online sources and social media channels. The result is a Usability score, which measures customer satisfaction with a product’s ease of use and how well the product meets reviewers’ needs.
Proof in point? With the Webgility platform, Nappy Shoppe Founder and CEO Sharni Vaughan is able to streamline her store’s order fulfillment. All orders are automatically downloaded to Webgility, where The Nappy Shoppe crew can view the order details and process shipping.
